What re require from a client
Before we begin the process of WHMCS Configuration/Installation/Upgrade/Migration or Transfer, a client should have WHMCS license, bought from WHMCS website or from any WHMCS resellers.
Required Credentials for WHMCS setup
- If you've already installed whmcs platform, we will need the admin username & password
- If Softaculous Software is
enabled in you control panel (cPanel/DirectAdmin/Plesk) , and WHMCS App is accessible, we will need the control panel
in question's credentials.
- If your
control panel doesn't have a WHMCS app readily available, you might need
to install it manually or through a third-party installer.
- If your hosting service provider doesn't offer Softaculous, it means you won't have access to their pre-installed app services. That means we will have to install WHMCS manually for you.

Updating WHMCS will primarily affect the WHMCS core functionality and potentially your site's themes or custom modules. The update process will ensure your core WHMCS files are updated to the latest version, potentially introducing new features or bug fixes. You might need to adapt your themes or custom modules to be compatible with the new WHMCS version.
When we are done with you WHMCS setup requests. We advice you to change both you cPanel and WHMCS passwords for security purpose.
